From practical offers like complimentary home essentials to personalised packages tailored to your needs, our home incentive schemes are designed to help you make the move you’ve been dreaming of.
Personalised Incentives Package
We’ll build a personalised incentives package for your new home, working with you to find out what will make the biggest difference to your move. This could mean:
- £2,000 towards estate agent or legal fees
- £2,000 towards property extras
- Free or discounted house upgrades
Packages vary by plot and build stage, and we’ll talk you through the options when you enquire.
On completion, two adults in your household will each receive a free one-year membership at a local partner gym to enjoy after moving into your new home.

On completion, tenants will receive a free RING doorbell – a smart doorbell that lets you see and speak to visitors live from your phone (subscription not included).

Frequently asked questions about developer incentives
Do you offer any incentives to buy a new build home?
Yes. At Redmile Homes, we create a personalised incentives package designed around what will be most useful for you. We also provide additional offers, including a complimentary gym membership, a Ring doorbell (hardware only), and a Blue Light Card member discount.
Does Redmile Homes do part exchange?
Unfortunately, we don’t currently offer Redmile Homes part exchange. However, even without part exchange, we can guide you through our other new build buying schemes and incentives. We work with trusted estate agents and moving experts to help make selling your current home as easy as possible.
What is included in the Redmile Homes personalised incentives package?
It varies from buyer to buyer. Your package could include £2,000 towards estate agent or legal fees (when using our recommended suppliers), £2,000 towards property extras, or free / discounted upgrades. We’ll help you tailor a home incentive scheme package that makes the biggest difference to you.
Do your developer incentives apply to every plot?
Incentives from Redmile Homes depend on the development, plot, and build stage. For example, if you reserve a property that’s already completed, certain offers like free or discounted upgrades (e.g., premium carpets) may not apply. When you get in touch, we’ll explain which developer incentives and offers apply to the home you’re interested in.
Is the Blue Light Card Holder discount available with other offers?
No. The 2% Blue Light Card Holder discount can’t be used in conjunction with any of our other new build buying schemes or incentives. If you’re unsure which option is best for you, we’re happy to help you compare them.
Do I need to do anything to claim my incentives?
No. Once you reserve your home, we’ll confirm the home incentive scheme and discount options available to you and guide you through each step.
