We have moved into our lovely redmile home in Killamarsh and couldn't be happier with our choice! Initially we were not thinking about buying a new build but I'm so glad we did. The process of moving with the recommended estate agent and solicitors and being able to just move into a brand new house has made moving house relatively 'stress free'. All the staff at redmile have been so helpful and the communication from start to finish has been great, Kaitlin, Beth and Helen have been amazing throughout the buying process and continue to be a great point of contact for anything else we might need. They have been so responsive via email and phone and cannot thank them enough.

The quality of our new home is second to none, it is obvious redmile are going over and above to provide a gold standard. On moving day the house was pristine and we have practically had no snagging.

The site in killamarsh is situated in an ideal location, we are in walking distances to beautiful walks, shops and schools which is so handy for day to day life but still has a peaceful semi rural feel. We are so pleased with our new home and would recommend anyone the homes, the site and the company. Thank you so much to the redmile home team.

Recently bought our family home with Redmile, they have been great throughout the process! We are really happy with our home, it's been built to a good standard, is extremely warm and designed beautifully. Any slight snags (minor painting and plastering faults) that we had was resolved prior to moving in. The team was easy to contact and on hand for support throughout the purchase and was even helpful with managing our own solicitors. Can't thank them enough particularly Beth! Would definitely recommend Redmile for anyone thinking of buying a new build, we was apprehensive about buying new due to some of the horror stories you hear but Redmile have filled us with confidence in buying new build with the right builders.

We’ve got our dream home! We didn’t expect to fall in love with our new build home as much as we did. New builds can have a bad reputation and it put us off viewing any for a long time. Having searched Rightmove and viewed every non-new build on the market for the last 6 months, we finally decided to give the Redmile homes a viewing. We instantly fell in love with the house. We both got that feeling that can’t be described but… ‘when you know, you know’.
