Meet the Sales Team
Helen
Helen is often the first friendly face you’ll meet at Redmile Homes. She works closely with buyers throughout their home-buying journey, answering questions, arranging viewings, and making sure you feel supported from your first enquiry right through to moving day. Her approachable nature and keen eye for detail help make finding your ideal property an easy, stress-free process.
Before joining us, Helen spent 15 years in the motor trade and worked as a qualified swimming teacher alongside new build sales. Now with over a decade of experience in the new homes sector – 8 of those with Redmile – she loves interacting with buyers, helping build vibrant local communities, and sharing in the excitement when handover day arrives.
Kaitlin
Kaitlin is passionate about helping people take the next step on their property journey. Whether you’re buying your first home, upsizing for a growing family, or even looking to downsize, she’s on hand to guide you through every step and make the full buying process as straightforward as possible.
Having built her career in customer service across several countries, Kaitlin found her ideal role in new homes with Redmile. An outdoor enthusiast who loves meeting new people, she finds nothing more rewarding than guiding buyers through the build process and watching a plot of bricks transform into a home you'll love.
Laura
Laura is dedicated to helping buyers find a home that fits their lifestyle and future plans. With a warm, approachable style and a commitment to excellent customer service, she guides you through every stage of the purchase so you feel informed and confident from your very first site visit to the moment you get your keys.
Laura brings over 25 years of customer-focused experience to our team, having worked across Primary and Further Education, local authorities, and travel agencies – a career that included taking a gap year to travel through Australia, New Zealand, and Europe. She loves building genuine relationships with buyers and seeing the joy on their faces when they step into their new home.

Recently bought our family home with Redmile, they have been great throughout the process! Any slight snags (minor painting and plastering faults) that we had was resolved prior to moving in. We purchased our home from Redmile Homes in 2021 and absolutely love it. It was the first time we had bought a new home and we were expertly guided by Helen and the team through the whole process. We were thrilled with the choices we could make in terms of the bathroom / kitchen. We were given regular updates on progress with our build and loved watching it all happen.

We’ve got our dream home! We didn’t expect to fall in love with our new build home as much as we did. New builds can have a bad reputation and it put us off viewing any for a long time. Having searched Rightmove and viewed every non-new build on the market for the last 6 months, we finally decided to give the Redmile homes a viewing. We instantly fell in love with the house. We both got that feeling that can’t be described but… ‘when you know, you know’. Helen from Redmile helped us secure it there and then and Beth and Katelyn answered every question we had throughout the moving process, putting us at ease every step of the way.
