We purchased our property at the beginning of last year, just as it was being built, and it was a great experience overall. From the moment we enquired and went to look around the show home, we had a true feel for the properties that Redmile provided.

We got the chance to also pick all of our extras and upgrades we wanted, and this was all done to a really high standard. We moved into our new property around August 2024, and you could tell how they had been done to a very high standard.

The ladies in the sales office were great, and they kept us up to date with our property development and tracking our solicitors. We did use the solicitors they recommended, as a lot of others had also used them, and it was a smooth process.

The builders on site were always very helpful if you needed them for anything, especially the site manager. He really made sure that you were happy, and if there were any issues, then he would be there straight away to assist. We haven’t had many issues at all apart from a few minor things, but that’s to be expected, and these have been corrected straight away.

Overall, a pleasant and friendly experience with Redmile Homes, and we would strongly recommend using them. Thanks again for making us fall in love with our family home.

I bought a house with Redmile Homes a few months ago. They made the process so simple, and as we’re first-time buyers, they were always happy to help with our many questions. Throughout our mortgage application to completion, the sales team and site manager were beyond helpful, and the new build quality was top-notch – no corners cut, built to perfection and to last. Would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new build!

We have moved into our lovely Redmile home in Killamarsh and couldn’t be happier with our choice! Initially, we were not thinking about buying a new build, but I’m so glad we did with Redmile Homes. The process of moving with the recommended estate agent and solicitors and being able to just move into a brand new house has made moving house relatively ‘stress-free’.

All the staff at Redmile have been so helpful, and the communication from start to finish has been great. Kaitlin, Beth and Helen have been amazing throughout the buying process and continue to be a great point of contact for anything else we might need. They have been so responsive via email and phone, and we cannot thank them enough.

The quality of our new home is second to none. It’s obvious that Redmile is going over and above to provide a gold standard, with the best heating systems, appliances, economical upgrades and amazing finishes have been put into our home.

On moving day, the house was pristine, and we had practically had no snagging, which has made settling into our home so much quicker and easier. Our home has been finished beautifully, which definitely gives it more of a luxury feel. During the buying process, the ‘choices’ you get for tiles, flooring, kitchen, etc., are really top quality and have loads of great on-trend options.

Since moving in, the quality of our home has been wonderful. Others have commented on the quality of the finish, and all of our options were included as expected. Any faults we have found have been rectified quickly and efficiently, taking responsibility when errors have been made and resolving them professionally. I may add that these ‘faults’ have only been minor problems, such as scratches on the kitchen cupboards, painting flaws, etc. Andy has been in personally to fix a few of our snags, and he’s always gone above and beyond to help.

We keep going back to ask if anyone can help with additional jobs to develop our home further! Overall, we would definitely recommend Redmile Homes to purchase from. We love our home and are very settled here.

My fiancé and I moved into a property at Kirkstead Gardens. From start to finish, we can’t fault the process or the standard of customer care we have received. Tracy and Julie in the sales office were (and still are) very helpful, approachable and quick to resolve problems. At first, we were worried that we would have to pull out of the sale as our mortgage offer was due to run out on the day we moved in, but we were reassured by Tracy and Julie that our house would be finished in time. This was a stressful period for us, so we really appreciated the contact and updates from them.

We loved our house from the first time we saw it, and from the inside, it was clear to see that everything had been fitted and decorated very well. After we moved in, we completed a snagging list, and we were pleasantly surprised that nothing major needed to be done. Our only issue was that the snags took longer to complete than we’d have liked, but we know there were various reasons for this. The snags were mostly done by Andy, who was great and, at times, went above and beyond to help us out. Luke, one of the site managers, was also on hand to arrange timings for when workers could come over, which was helpful.

Up to now, we’ve had an excellent experience with Redmile. Any time we need to contact them or ask them to come over to look at something, they respond quickly and resolve any issues as soon as they can. We’re very happy and settled in our new home. Thank you to everyone at Redmile!

We are one month into living in our new home in Killamarsh. Well, what can I say – it’s been a five-star, unbeatable experience! Right from the start, the customer service provided by Beth and Caitlin has been outstanding. They provided regular communication, honesty and support throughout the process.

It’s been the best house move experience for us – all went smoothly, and Redmile did everything possible to reassure us throughout. In terms of interior choices, there was so much to choose from, and it was such an exciting experience choosing all my tiles, kitchen, flooring and bathrooms!

Now we are in our home, and we are so happy with the standard of work completed. Any snags we found have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Recently bought our family home with Redmile, they have been great throughout the process! We are really happy with our home, it's been built to a good standard, is extremely warm and designed beautifully. Any slight snags (minor painting and plastering faults) that we had were resolved prior to moving in. The team was easy to contact and on hand for support throughout the purchase, and was even helpful with managing our own solicitors. Can't thank them enough, particularly Beth! Would definitely recommend Redmile for anyone thinking of buying a new build, we were apprehensive about buying new due to some of the horror stories you hear, but Redmile have filled us with confidence in buying a new build with the right builders.

We purchased our home from Redmile Homes in 2021 and absolutely love it. It was the first time we had bought a new home, and we were expertly guided by Helen and the team through the whole process.
