a month agoWe purchased our home from Redmile Homes in 2021 and absolutely love it. It was the first time we had bought a new home and we were expertly guided by Helen and the team through the whole process. We were thrilled with the choices we could make in terms of the bathroom / kitchen. We were given regular updates on progress with our build and loved watching it all happen. We moved in on schedule and it was just as we imagined. We identified a few snags in the early months - but the customer care team worked with us to resolve all of these. We are so happy in our home and pleased we took the plunge! I'd like to thank the whole team.

a month agoWe had a great experience with Redmile. Their building design and materials are of high quality, and we were impressed by the attention to detail. The customer service was excellent — from viewing the property to making our final decision, the staff were always helpful and patient in answering our questions. Even after moving in, their after-sales service has been outstanding. When our range hood stopped working, their team responded quickly and resolved the issue efficiently. We recommend this developer!

a month agoWe purchased our property at the beginning of last year just as it was being built and it was a great experience overall, from the moment we enquired and went to look around the show house we had a true feel for the properties that Redmile provided. We got the chance to also pick all of our extras and upgrades we wanted and this was all done to a really high standard. We moved in our new property around about August 2024 and you could tell how they had been done to a very high standard. The ladies in the sales office Tracey and Beth was great, they kept us up to date with our property development and tracking our solicitors. We did use the solicitors they recommended as a lot of others had also used them and it was a smooth process. The builders on site was always very helpful if you needed them for anything especially the site manager Kev he really made sure that you was happy and if there was any issues then he would be there straight away to assist. We haven’t had many issues at all apart from a few minor things but that’s to be expected but these have been corrected straight away. Also a few snags here and there but again to be expected within any new build. Overall a pleasant and friendly experience with Redmile Homes we would strongly recommend using them. Thanks again for making us fall in love with our family home.

2 months agoI recently purchased a new build house from Redmile and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. The solicitor team they work with were fantastic—very responsive, thorough, and kept me informed throughout the process. Beth & Tracey in the sales office were great with all of our enquires, they helped us with all our appointments and were so friendly and helpful! There was a wide range of choices for fixtures and fittings, giving us plenty of options to personalise our home. We also requested a specific shower which wasn’t in the specification which Redmile agreed to install, it’s a great touch that makes our home feel even more tailored to our preferences. Our snag list hasn’t been excessive which is always a good sign of quality. Additionally, the on-site team did a great job completing the necessary work. We have a few outstanding snags but we are not worried these won’t be sorted by the team. Overall, my family and I are extremely satisfied with our new home and the service provided by Redmile. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality new build!
